all of our parcel's are send via Royal Mail, using their fully tracked 24 service. we aim to pack, wrap and dispatch all orders by the next working day, but this can be slighlty longer at busy times. we understand the importance of receiving your receiving your goods in a timely manner.

to note that once your parcel leaves us we unfortunately have no further control over the delivery. if you are not home when the courier delivers you will need to arrange a redelivery or collection, which can easily be done via your tracking information.

collect from store

if you would like to collect your order from the store, please select this option at the checkout. your order can be collected on any of our opening days from the day after your order. if you would like to collect your order on the same day, please contact us to let us know to have it ready for you.

sending your order as a gift

if you are sending something directly to a friend or loved one, we offer a card writing service for no additional charge – simply type your message in the message box at the checkout. Your message can either be written into a card that you are purchasing, or will be written on a small notecard. Your order will also be wrapped, and the invoice will be left out. If you are not purchasing a card, we kindly ask that you keep your message short to ensure it will fit.

packing

all of our online orders are packaged with reused and recycled packing materials. We receive packing materials such as cardboard boxes, fillers, packing peanuts and bubble wrap from our inbound deliveries, and we opt to reuse these materials to reduce wastage. Please recycle any packaging you receive as far as possible.

returns policy

we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we believe the products we supply are an investment for a happier life. if you decide that the product you purchased is no longer required, not the right item or you simply wish to return it you can do so.

please get in contact with us and we will provide instructions on returning the items.

we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them and are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your decision to cancel within 30 calendar days from the day after delivery of your order.

returned items will be reimbursed the full purchase price upon arrival at our address. returned items can also be exchanged for store credit. our policy lasts 30 days. if 30 days have elapsed since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. this applies to unwanted products.

to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. it must also be in the original packaging. several types of goods are exempt from being returned. perishable goods such as food, coffee beans, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. personal care goods such as hand wash, lotions, cosmetics, or fragrances cannot be returned.

there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

+ any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days.

please note that as we are a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of returning items to us, or refund the original postage cost. if your order was eligible for free delivery, we will deduct the cost of delivery from the refund (unless the remainder of your order after the refund is over the total required for free delivery).

we take the utmost care to package your items safely to avoid any damage in transit. should you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and images of the damage and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible.
