  • How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

    All of our parcels are now being sent via Royal Mail, utilizing their fully tracked Tracked 24 service for your peace of mind. We aim to carefully pack, wrap, and promptly dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 days. However, please note that this process can take slightly longer during particularly busy times, as we strive to ensure that each order is handled with the utmost care.

  • Can I use my physical gift card online?

    Physical gift cards of any kind that were purchased in store cannot be redeemed online at this time.

  • Can I collet my order?

    If you would like to collect your order from the store, please select this option at the checkout. Your order can be collected on any of our opening days from the day after your order.

    If you would like to collect your order on the same day, please contact us to let us know to have it ready for you.

  • Can I send it as a gift?

    For a friend or loved one, we offer a free card writing service—just type your message at checkout. It can be written in a purchased card or on a small notecard. Your order will be beautifully wrapped, and the invoice omitted. If you're not buying a card, please keep your message brief.

  • What is your returns and refund policy?
