How to use_

+ First, I shake it. I always dilute 15 ml (3 teaspoon) in 1L of water, and drink it all before lunch time. I do this routine for 16 days, until the very last drop.

+ After opening, I keep it in the fridge, away from heat and light, for no more than 30 days.
